Promotion Terms and Conditions – “Autumn Offer on Exterior Doors”

§1 General Provisions

  1. The organizer of the promotion is PRZEDSIĘBIORSTWO PRODUKCYJNO-USŁUGOWE “DACH” SZCZĘK I BARANOWSKI SPÓŁKA JAWNA, with its registered office at ul. Gnieźnieńska 163, 75-736 Koszalin, Poland, NIP: 6690410539, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.”
  2. The promotion is addressed to individual customers and companies placing orders for the Organizer’s products during the promotion period.
  3. The purpose of the promotion is to enable customers to purchase doors under preferential pricing conditions.

§2 Promotion Duration

  1. The promotion is valid from October 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
  2. The Organizer reserves the right to end the promotion earlier or extend it. Information about any changes will be published on the company’s website and at its headquarters.

§3 Promotion Rules

  1. The promotion applies to orders with a total value of:
    a) over PLN 15,000 gross – the customer receives a 50% discount on one PVC door.
    b) over PLN 30,000 gross – the customer receives a discount on aluminum doors (details in the individual offer).
    c) Discounts can be combined when order value thresholds are exceeded multiple times (e.g., for an order of PLN 30,000, the customer is entitled to two 50% discounts on PVC doors or one discount on aluminum doors).
  2. To qualify for the promotion, the customer must make an advance payment of:
    a) 50% of the order value upon placing the order, and
    b) 50% of the order value before installation.
    c) Payment for installation services is due after installation completion.
    d) Customers who choose to pay 100% upfront are entitled to an additional 2% discount on the total order value.
  3. The applicable VAT rate depends on the order type:
    a) For products purchased with installation, the VAT rate is 8%, which is approximately 15% cheaper than purchasing products without installation (23% VAT).
    b) For products purchased without installation, the VAT rate is 23%.

§4 Limitations and Exclusions

  1. The promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or special offers from the Organizer unless otherwise stated by the Organizer.
  2. The promotion does not apply to discounted, outlet, or clearance products.
  3. The discount applies only to PVC and aluminum doors offered by the Organizer.
  4. The promotion does not apply to fire-rated doors.
  5. The value of the discount cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

§5 GDPR – Personal Data Protection

  1. The personal data administrator of promotion participants is PRZEDSIĘBIORSTWO PRODUKCYJNO-USŁUGOWE “DACH” SZCZĘK I BARANOWSKI SPÓŁKA JAWNA, located at Gnieźnieńska 163, 75-736 Koszalin, Poland, NIP: 6690410539.
  2. Customer data is processed for the purposes of executing the promotion, including order processing, issuing accounting documents, contacting customers, and pursuing potential claims.
  3. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of a contract) and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR (compliance with a legal obligation).
  4. Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to fulfill the contract and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
  5. Customers have the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict the processing of their data, as well as the right to object and to data portability.
  6. Customers have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) if they believe that their data has been processed in violation of GDPR regulations.
  7. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to participate in the promotion.

§6 Final Provisions

  1. The promotion regulations are available at the Organizer’s office and on the website www.ppudach.eu.
  2. In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code and other applicable laws shall apply.
  3. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms during the promotion period; however, any changes will not affect the rights of customers who have already placed an order.
